Our black vinegar (brown rice black vinegar) is made of brown rice which is grown by rice-duck farming certified by organic JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard) system. Black malted rice and pure water of Aya sharpened in the best laurel forest zone in Japan is used for all process. Despite some people saying we work 'out of date', we use ancient brewing method in our production - which is putting ingredients to large earthenware pot outside for one year and let them ferment slowly under the sun of the south and the power of time.

We use Thermo insulated packaging made from biodegradable materials, which are 99,8% recyclable, reducing our footprint on the environment.

All perishable items are shipped with ice packs to ensure they stay cool for up to 2 days, even on hot summer days.

All our products are being handled with protective gloves during the picking and packing process. To ensure safety for liquids during transit, all items are vacuum-sealed in individual bags, and wrapped in bubble wrap.
