€26,04Shiro Kombu is made from the center of the Kombu plant, hence its whit color instead of the usual green/brownish. The kombu is preserved with white vinegar to make it edible just after it has been wrapped in mackerel called batters sushi.
This special type of Kombu is umami rich and delivers an elegant clear kombu dashi flavour for your seafood preparations.
USAGE:
brush all you seafoods between 2-24 Hours before cooking to create firmer texture and accelerated maillard reaction during the cooking-process.
