This Squid garum is made from Squid fished in Normandy and Basmati rice Shio koji.

Squid Garum is nothing like Thai Fish sauce. 

Think about Aged Balsamic vinegar, with almost woody notes.

This Garum is coarsely filtered which make this even more of a special garum
