This Mackerel Garum has been made from Dutch Mackerel, our in-house grown Basmati Rice Koji and Himalaya Sea Salt. This Umami powered liquid seasoning tastes similar to Katsuobushi and light soy sauce, ideal as a base for split sauces, dressings and even dashi.

We use Thermo insulated packaging made from biodegradable materials, which are 99,8% recyclable, reducing our footprint on the environment.

All perishable items are shipped with ice packs to ensure they stay cool for up to 2 days, even on hot summer days.

All our products are being handled with protective gloves during the picking and packing process. To ensure safety for liquids during transit, all items are vacuum-sealed in individual bags, and wrapped in bubble wrap.
