This Squid garum is made from squid fished in Normandy and Basmati rice shio koji.

Squid Garum is nothing like Thai Fish sauce. 

Think of it as an aged balsamic vinegar with almost woody notes.

This Garum is coarsely filtered which make for even more special texture and bolder flavour profile.
