This exclusive premium hardshell caviar consists of large roes and firm skin with an attractive orange-red color.

The trout caviar is harvested in the morning and transported the same afternoon by courier to the production facility. The fresh trout caviar is processed and packaged the same day to achieve the best possible quality.

Marinated with soy sauce, this caviar tastes like Japanese Salmon Ikura, effectively soaking up the soy sauce or any other liquid like green tea.

All our products are being handled with protective gloves during the picking and packing process. To ensure safety for liquids during transit, all items are vacuum-sealed in individual bags, and wrapped in bubble wrap.
