This Seasonal seaweed has been growing on stones in the korean sea.

Stone grown Seaweed is a lot thicker, and dense compared to regular Laver which makes it ideal for wrapping anything from sushi rolls to fish fillets.

Flavour Profile: it's reminiscent of Dried Mushrooms, with a subtle sweetness almost like Surumi "Crab meat imitation"

Pairs with: Soy Sauce, Rice, Crustacean, Cucumber
