How to make the perfect bowl of Hōjicha :
- Weigh 10g Hōjicha leaves with 500ml of 95-celsius hot water.
2. Steep the leaves for approx 1 Minute and strain for the first serve.
3. Pour another 500ml of Hot water onto the remainder of the leaves and enjoy the second serve of Hōjicha .
