This beautiful Garum is made from Brittany Caught Scallops.

There is a sweetness reminiscent of oven roasted san marzano tomatoes, and buttery notes along with roasted white bread.

Its the most delicate and detailed garum in our range so far.

We use Thermo insulated packaging made from biodegradable materials, which are 99,8% recyclable, reducing our footprint on the environment.

All perishable items are shipped with ice packs to ensure they stay cool for up to 2 days, even on hot summer days.

All our products are being handled with protective gloves during the picking and packing process. To ensure safety for liquids during transit, all items are vacuum-sealed in individual bags, and wrapped in bubble wrap.
