Ingredients:Duck liver (99%), salt, sugar, PORT WINE (0.2%) (contains SULPHITES), black pepper and natural smoke.
Characteristics: Mulard duck liver from Les Landes (France), marinated, cooked and slightly smoked. We recommend eating between 6ºC and 10ºC, cut into cubes to fully enjoy its flavour.
