Our organic matcha powder from Uji has Passion fruit and Green Banana notes, followed by a well-balanced mix of freshly mowed grass and lightly toasted Seaweed. Matcha Powder is not only used for tea, as it has a high content of Umami, making the ideal base for Kombu liquid-based Sashimi seasoning or simply mixing it with Bamboo salt.
1. Put 3.5~4g matcha into a matcha bowl.
2. Mix 1/3 of 55cc organic boiled water heated to 85℃ slowly with a chasen (tea wisk) to disperse the matcha.
3. Once the foam has formed, gently skim the surface of the foam with a chasen to break the bubbles.
Serve Immediately into a Matcha Bowl and Enjoy.
