Holstein dairy cows, are raised on a grass-fed diet to mainly Produce Milk all their life. After they reach their retirement age the fattening starts with  a grain-based diet to develop beautiful marbling and a unique fatty flavour.

The Tomahawk Cut comes from the rib eye section including a small piece of bone attached for the perfect grilling experience.

This 60 Day Dry Aged "Holstein Dairy Cow" has the perfect balance between marbling and Flavour, thanks to its Gras Fed diet.

We use Thermo insulated packaging made from biodegradable materials, which are 99,8% recyclable, reducing our footprint on the environment.

All perishable items are shipped with ice packs to ensure they stay cool for up to 2 days, even on hot summer days.

All our products are being handled with protective gloves during the picking and packing process. To ensure safety for liquids during transit, all items are vacuum-sealed in individual bags, and wrapped in bubble wrap.
