Shaved Shiro Kombu is called "Tottoro Shiro Kombu" 

This product is very similar to our existing Shiro kombu but it's not really suitable for deep frying to achieve a crispy texture.

Instead you can Dry this Shiro kombu in the oven for 5 Minutes at 19o celsis to get crunchy texture which is super fragile and delicate.

THERMO INSULATED PACKAGING

We use Thermo insulated packaging made from biodegradable materials, which are 99,8% recyclable, reducing our footprint on the environment.

All perishable items are shipped with ice packs to ensure they stay cool for up to 2 days, even on hot summer days.

All our products are being handled with protective gloves during the picking and packing process. To ensure safety for liquids during transit, all items are vacuum-sealed in individual bags, and wrapped in bubble wrap.
